How to Get Rid of Parasites, Part 5: Killing the Bugs
Welcome to part 5 of my series on how to get rid of parasites.
- In Part 1, I talked about my story and how I discovered this cleansing process.
- In Part 2, I covered preparing for a cleanse.
- In Part 3, I went over a plan for increasing your natural immunity.
- In Part 4, I discussed how to starve the bugs.
Now that we have starved the bugs, addressed our stress, improved our immunity, and have a medically approved plan, we are ready for the last step – killing the bugs.
How I Killed the Bugs
For me, I chose to take herbs rather than prescription medications.
I have nothing against prescription medications, but I prefer to take natural products when I can.
So here is the basic outline of the protocol I did for my “parasites” (a Candida infection and a Klebsiella overgrowth):
- 2 weeks of Freedom Cleanse Restore
- Plus afternoon antimicrobial juice (carrot + garlic or ginger + Ceylon cinnamon)
- 10 days of a biofilm disruptor (while off the Freedom Cleanse)
- Plus afternoon antimicrobial juice (carrot + garlic or ginger + Ceylon cinnamon)
- 6 weeks of Freedom Cleanse Restore
- Plus afternoon antimicrobial juice (carrot + garlic or ginger + Ceylon cinnamon)
What Is the Freedom Cleanse Restore?
Freedom Cleanse Restore is an herbal cleanse product that helps fight parasites, fungi/yeast, and bacteria.
It contains 45 different herbs and is taken 3 times a day.
This product has a few things that are different about it:
- In addition to helping kill microorganisms, it also supports gut lining tissue repair and helps with detoxification.
- Since it has so many different herbs, microorganisms seem to not gain resistance to the formula, and it typically works better the longer people take it.
Since herbs may have interactions with drugs or may make some medical conditions worse, it’s important to speak with a doctor before starting this product.
Why the Antimicrobial Juice?
Juiced carrots + a clove of garlic/ginger are known to have antimicrobial properties. The cinnamon is thought to have some anti-biofilm properties against Klebsiella.
This drink is also a nice energy boost in the afternoon while being on such a low-carb diet. And after being off fruit and added sugars, it will actually taste sweet!
Why the Biofilm Disruptors?
Most of us are familiar with the plaque on our teeth that forms.
That plaque is actually a biofilm – it’s a little structure that bacteria in our mouth can hide in.
In a similar way, klebsiella can build a biofilm that can protect klebsiella from drugs and herbs.
The biofilm disruptor I took is a strong dose of digestive enzymes that can break down the biofilm, as well as our own tissue…when people have stomach ulcers, ulcerative colitis, or gastritis, this strong enzyme can be a big no-no.
Check with your doctor before taking a biofilm disruptor.
Empower Your Health With a Parasite Test
So that’s the entire plan for getting rid of parasites, bacteria, and fungi that are causing chronic symptoms and reducing your quality of life.
Still not sure if a parasite cleanse could be right for you?
The only way to find out for sure is to get tested.
The test I used to get a diagnosis and start recovering my health was the 48 Gut Invaders home test kit – a comprehensive at-home test that checks for 31 parasites, 5 fungi (candida), 12 gut bacteria, and 11 other markers of digestive health.
Why the 48 Gut Invaders Home Test Kit?
- Comprehensive – Tests for 48 “Gut Invaders”
- Easy Home test – No embarrassing trips to a lab
- Accurate – Results analyzed by Ph.D. parasitologists
- Pre-test preparation to maximize accuracy
- Free post-test coaching to help plan your next steps
